ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (1st July - 30th June)
Cost: $176.00
Full Package incl: entry to course & members privileges (access to members bar & grandstand) at all racemeetings from July to June, complimentary entry / members tickets, luncheon vouchers, reciprocal rights with 30+ race clubs, voting rights, ability to hold office & nominate new members
COUNTRY MEMBERSHIP (for persons residing over 100km from the Club)
Cost: $110.00
Entry to course & members privileges (access to members bar & grandstand) at all racemeetings from July to June, NO voting rights etc.
JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP (for persons aged between 18-35)
Cost: $55.00
Entry to course & members privileges (access to members bar & grandstand) at all racemeetings from July to June, NO voting rights etc.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP (for businesses & organisations)
Cost: $660.00
1 x Annual Membership incl voting rights, 5 x Guest Badges (access to members bar & grandstand at all racemeetings from July to June), Race Sponsorship

How do I become a Member?
Please contact the Club on (02) 42617211 for an application form which will be posted out to you.
What do I do once I have completed the application form?
Return the completed form to the Club either via;
- Post PO Box 9, Dapto 2530
- Fax (02) 42 611 665
- Person General Office @ Princes Hwy, Kembla Grange
Do I have to pay up front?
No, payment can be made once the application is approved. The Club will send you a ‘Letter of Approval’ to advise of the approval. If however, you would like to pay up front, upon approval your Membership Package will be forwarded straight away
What is the approval process?
All Membership Applications are presented at the monthly meetings of the Club’s Board of Directors. All Directors present must agree that the applicant is a suitable candidate for Membership
How long does an application take to be processed?
Please allow at least ONE MONTH for an application to be processed. This is due to the Board Meeting schedule
What happens when my ‘Guest Vouchers’ run out?
Guest Vouchers are SINGLE USE only. Additional Guests Vouchers may be purchased from the General Office at the following costs:
- Entry ticket: $10
- Members ticket: $12
Can I use my ‘Luncheon Vouchers' anywhere other than the AJ 'Bert' Lillye Lounge?
Luncheon Vouchers may also be redeemed in the following areas;
- Members Dining Room (Al a Carte Dining Room) $35 per voucher is taken off your final bill (no change given)
- Bistro Lounge (Keith F. Nolan Stand) $35 per voucher is taken off your total purchase (no change given)
I am visiting a Club who has Reciprocal Rights with Kembla Grange, how do I arrange tickets?
You will need to contact the individual club to find out their requirements for Reciprocal Rights. For phone numbers of Reciprocal Rights Clubs please contact Kembla Grange on (02) 42617211 *Clubs no longer require the Kembla Grange office to book tickets for our members*
